DELIVERY

  • Delivery takes a little longer when your item is printed on demand. This is because each order is sewn/printed as the order is placed. After your unique item is created, it is then shipped to you. So you see, there is production time and then shipping time. Shipping time depends on where it's going and on the usual circumstances. An average for my items is 10 days. Your order could arrive much sooner or take a bit longer.
  • If you are experiencing delivery problems, contact me so we can figure it out.
  • Sorry, I have no control over shipments outside of the USA. Please choose a shipping method that includes tracking.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • Please study size charts carefully. Once in production (about 8 hours after you place your order), custom printed garments cannot be exchanged or cancelled. Contact Me right away with any problems!
  • Returns or exchanges are usually not accepted by my printing partners unless it is a mistake or defect caused by their production errors.
  • If your order must be returned or replaced due to arriving damaged or defective, contact me right away to resolve the issue.
